...Team & management team is very bad. They create a lot of issues while resigning. They never pay F&F at time. If you need any information outside the team noone will give any reply.

Salary deviations, Frequent shift change Favouritism at peak in IJP NO PROMOTION If you get any error blame game will start in team and lead will always blame associates, during legato it was fine but since carelon every thing has gone south

When it was Legato Health Technologies during that time I can list out the pros but currently no pros

... an added advantage you don’t have to take them. 4. 100 % micro management 5. They are more focused towards branding rather than good hikes and pay structures. The company was awesome when ti was Legato health Technologies but after merger and becoming Carelon Global Solutions it has become an another toxic and micro managed service based company

No salary increment, even your team member who is working under you might be getting more salary than you even if you are one of the most consistent guy who has delivered the most in and around your hierarchy span.

Salary structure - In Legato there is no variable till Lead level, so whatever salary they will provide all you will get under fixed benefit. Additional shift allowance - Apart from your fixed compensation, Rs 250/- per day shift allowance is allocated for each employee per dag who are working on normal shi

The burden of work is pushed on associate who is working well, instead of providing him promotioms and some extra benefits they dump with extra work and pressure of other associates Company is dumped with a lot of unprofessional associates. I believe it must start filtering out people for improvement of Legato as a whole.
