over all good, good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Not getting any yearly bouns.

Learning is there but the salary which they are providing for the employees is not upto the standard especially for the existing employees

There are certain people who are sitting at the higher level and allowing the backdoor entries those people should be terminated from the company already two have left once the pending one person leaves it will be in good hands

...iased and hikes as well if any. Favoritism and compensation tool are only truth. If you have earned a decent package before,never join this.

Cab facility for every employee, despite of any shift.

...ds F&F of everyone, you have to ping them every other moment to settle your f&f. If you wont ping they won't settle, salary is very less, toxic work culture, managers and employess are not at all up to the mark.
