Micro management, do all the work yet feel unworthy, biased system, toxic work environment. Unsure if I can comment on the company as a whole but I mean it for the process / management that I'm working for.

...s secure and work culture is good more friendly no partiality between employees. Helps other associate and complete the work by co-ordinating with my colleaguesand appraisals are fair and they give good salary and position based on performance

Work stress is more but I have capability to resolve the issue and career growth is slow

No Career growth, No work-life Balance. Need to be robot to work in this company thats what you Tam lead will expect. HR does not listen to your problems. Managers & Team Leads acts like God and thinks that by there wish only we will be surviving in this damn world

Teammates training was good TL was not satisfied and HR . Transport department was good salary . HR and TL are not given chance to learning stage .. they are taking a own desicion for the associate .. requesting a management .. don't send with out any reason . No one are not rocket ers some people are learning ... Step by step . Give chance for them ..

Before taking a TL post check with little bit knowledge and they are the person was eligible are what . .

Cab facility for every employee, despite of any shift.

...ds F&F of everyone, you have to ping them every other moment to settle your f&f. If you wont ping they won't settle, salary is very less, toxic work culture, managers and employess are not at all up to the mark.
