Till now before Legaro it was okay later after changing to Carelon it's becoming worthless of work and salary which getting paid. Also, now removing the allowances then it remains regular compare to other company, mostly we choosen this company to opt the good pay but that main thing is remaining as fail to get it.

Good compensation for some streams. Hybrid work model. Latest tech stacks in projects. But tech stack varies project to project.

Dislikes

Limited to health care domain. Lack of good projects on some niche technology. Low salary hikes. Slow career growth. Managers are not able to map skill to project to associate. They move people as and when needed irrespective of interest of people.

Company is good salary and benefits when you assigned to the project there it depends on your work life balance depends on team and management. I have work under bad team and poor management and no improvement for my carrier growth

Any company can't risk in giving the heavy work load to a fresher as they might end up with mistakes but there are people who are eager to work even though they are freshers, So I think who shows interest and have enough skills and knowledge should be deserve to work more. So as per my knowledge it is same as compared to other companies.
