Salary and appraisal is just an eye wash. The leave were not properly calculated, the work environment has gone down. The resources have been reduced. Employees are getting unhappy. They have changed their philosophy which they had in the beginning.

Dislikes

The concerned person won't respond to the issue you have. Salary calculation were the worst, you won't be even heard back asking for your own salary. After a series of mails and pressure they will respond but not resolve the issue. Initially there were lot of team outings, CMEs and celebrations , later all went null. Celebrations were not needed , agree to the fact, but CMEs to increase the skill they were stopped.

My overall experience was average.. The environment was friendly, teammates were very good, facilities to staff given was good..company policies was very good.

Dislikes

No job security, mangement was not good, did not receive none of the stock on time,and the company is not supporting me through covid 19 lockdown.

Likes

It's amazing, I never seen in previous company about taking care of staff like a family. But unfortunately when they said we are going to close the center it was very difficult to digest.

No dislike, I enjoyed my work.
