Company is good,work culture can be decided based on managers we work.

The company is just paying the managers who does not work much. If they hire some 2-3 people who can be offered with same salary of managers can be helpful for the company growth.

... I'll lose my job after two months they called me and ask me e you can join non. I am from that time there was of other deduction of salary for every level and from past one year there is no increment also for this pandemic situation they are telling their business is not going well but we have lots of business and we have lots of work also.

Compensation is very bad. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's strength. Also, there is no on job training or no guidance from senior . Lots of politics and discrimination between individual
