Overall culture is average with hybrid option availability.

Dislikes

...Too much low salary in comparison to work load. Low increment at analyst level. No pay parity amongst the employees. Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.

No value of the existing employees, bad pay No work life balance No leisure or fun activities (participation not allowed even if they're organised), only work No appreciation for work done No rest even on weekends or holidays applied for months back No freedom to take leaves when required, you can only fall sick when your manager permits you to No WFH allowed in some teams No flexibility of reporting time Micromanagement at its peak Not much learning once trained, cases are just executed to complete before deadlines

... circumstances it is very hard to keep yourself motivated and work in company. Despite your meager salary they would break your confidence and show that you are not worth even this much salary in market. They would show as if they have done a big favor in hiring you. It was precisely because of this reason that all my team colleagues resigned and left the company within six months of me leaving the company. Despite this mass resignation, the management did not learnt any lesson and continues to work in their traditional way.(Based on feedback I got from my friends who were still working there.) It is good I left this company in the first year itself. And believe me, leaving the company was the wisest decision of my life. To fresher specially please refrain from joining this company at initial stages of career. There is no dearth of opportunities in India. Believe in yourself, stay motivated and work hard.
