Work life is good. Only during the time of February and March work will be bit hectic. It is a good place to learn a lot about different sectors and to interact with higher officials.

Modest salary compared to industry standard. No clear idea of how promotion is based upon.

...Too much low salary in comparison to work load. Low increment at analyst level. No pay parity amongst the employees. Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.

There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow at this company. It's a client-facing role where you get to interact with mid- to large-corporate senior-level management and get to understand their business on a deep level.

Dislikes

The salary disparity between different employees working at the same position is high. Plus the increments offered are way below industry standards.
