Likes

As I had worked in R and D department, it provides a better platform for research. The teammates was very supportive, helpful especially Sanjay sir who always sound scientifically and motivate us for research. Over all for me it's provide a healthy environment for better research in agriculture field.

Dislikes

As I mentioned earlier the teammates were good. There is little politics also regarding groupism. The career growth is also very slow. The company should need to work according to some focused plan.

Worst thing is in this company is the management becouse boss is a dictator.there is no management no systematic work.
