...ics that you will not be able to handle. I left CIMS because of the same reason. There is no hike, only 4% - 5%. No work environment, you will not be able to maintain a work-life balance. People are so mean that they will ask you to do their own work and the worst thing is management will never interfere in this. People are leaving the company but still, they have their big egos. They will scold you, I was so scared that every day in the morning I felt like not going office. I am happy that I left the CIMS and now doing great in my new office. So basically there is nothing to like about working at CIMS.

Dislikes

Don't go there, save your life from them. They will never appreciate your value and will simply harass you for even a small thing.

Having been a part of your conern, I have learnt a lot of things working with all the respective cardiac surgeon and anaesthesiologist along with cooperative colleagues. They really helped me to learn required skills for working in CTOT.

Dislikes

Besides positive aspects there are few negative point though...But one point I need to mention is that someone's bossy and bullying attitude made me compelled to leave my job bcz that made me feel frightened and was not letting me to do my work.
