Monopoly of seniors they recruit employee of their benefit which is not good and they ask pay out amount for themselves pay out amount only for bank employee not for our bosses which is not good company has to track that thing

Timely salary without fail, but no holidays on the festivals too ,mine was online channel at Hyderabad.

Early logins and late logouts were the worst thing and moreover they keep asking for sale sale sale sale continuously

...ganised company. Seems the company is running by some unprofessional peoples. 3. No proper Salary structure/Scale. This is the worse case in this company. There is no salary scale for every position. Employee is getting more high package then to their reporting manager. 4. No yearly increment policy and no hope for bonus. 5. There no proper follow for Internal job posting (IJP) policy. Staff gets hired easily. Mostly done by recommendation.

Trust me ... there is Nothing is like to work their with passion or Satisfaction ..... U have to pay ur Bills and it provide Food on ur table .... that's all.

...ior - Junior culture, Always Judge, Work - life Balance and Work on holidays ... Work more and over bt Salary is lik less than peanuts....Dont know how 2 Respect women specially Senior Level People.

Company policies are good but appraisal are not fair and they give very poor salary and bonus every year.

There ia a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, career growth is very slow.
