Work life balance.

Dislikes

...ganised company. Seems the company is running by some unprofessional peoples. 3. No proper Salary structure/Scale. This is the worse case in this company. There is no salary scale for every position. Employee is getting more high package then to their reporting manager. 4. No yearly increment policy and no hope for bonus. 5. There no proper follow for Internal job posting (IJP) policy. Staff gets hired easily. Mostly done by recommendation.

I spent around 6.6 years in same only 10K increments was there in 6 years …timing was not so good login system around 9:30 Am and logout around 10-11 Pm

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Overall it was good experience except compensation.

Dislikes

Your job is highly secure in this company but in my view company should provide annual assessment also to other employees who can't achieve promotion even after doing more than 80 percent of target.
