-Complete support for revenue generation, i.e, expenses given to grow business. -Fortunately had a good boss -Freedom to work and operate. -No stifling and micro-management from cross functions. -Cross-Functions act like they don't care. -Zero vision and long-term plans. -Good players and retention are last on people's minds, anyone can be thrown out whenever.

...rolled by the BU heads. -Your life smooth or hell, totally depends on your L1. -No compensation structure -No promotional structure -All happens, as and when the TOP management feels like doing things.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Salary structure is good but as per company standard working pressure Is too much as per salary base,,

No job security and no proper outing time to leave office,, Lots of work pressure no proper parameters all work pressure take only sales department,,,, Management behaviour is very terrible.. HR don't take the calls exit process is very unprofessional,, If anyone who want to join cardekho I will suggest please don't go,,,

Startup environment allows you to learn a lot and apply new formula to work, you get to learn a lot

...ou may leave. For learning its good company. But, security isn't there at all. People working at a package of 30 Lacs are scared to loose their job as well as People at 4 Lacs package. Probably other vertical are better off. If you are a Tech guy you should join the company even Ops is still sorted. HR as usual is at their best to work at. Leave policies are good, still depends on your manager. Health insurance is good.
