Micro-management, Poor leaders, way too much politics, no trainings, hectic workloads, unrealistic expectations, no projects, upper management is worst in the world, no job security, poor infrastructure.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. totally it's a use less company it only play with your career.

Too Much pros like Great Company Culture, Work Life balance, Good Benefits like leaves, medical help etc. Too much new in initiatives took by company in this pandemic time like corona leaves, caregiver leaves, Family health insurance, compensation while any calamity, Covid tool kit, Covid emergency number for any issues. ...epping up there old employees with multiple training and development programs. Also Huge salary differentiation between New and Old same level experience employees where as Old employees are getting very low salary and not matching with the current market standards.
