Work is terrible, no proper work-life balance, Worst management and Director. Director does not have any idea about management, he pokes his nose in everything. Everyday changing requirements, call at night for meeting and does not discuss the point. Worst Management and worst HR. They treat employees like their personal workers. No Proper guideance from senior team. They don't know SAP

Freshers can learn a lot, as the management doesn't know any thing.

Dislikes

Don't expect loyalty from the management. People who know how to apply cream can sustain their. Real work and knowledge will not be useful in that place. Manager will say one thing to do and later he only will shout as, why did you do that. No professionalism, No work life balance, No hike discussion, No employee engagement activities. They feel employees are like labor and work only for money. They will not even show interest to listen to any suggestion, unless it is useful for them. When it comes to employees concern, they will not give any chance to tell. Instead they will divert that topic and tell some-other irrelevant things.

In this current COVID-19 Pandemic there is no job security in Carbynetech india pvt ltd because management wont think about employee . They have Fired multiple professionals in June (I'm the one of the person to lose my job.I worked for the company for day and nights to achieve client requirements.)
