Working with the maintenance division we play a major role in providing a brake down free working environment . Preventive maintenance and TPM provide us to make KAIZEN . Works are allocated to the team and completed within the Time limit .The team itself take the ownership of the machine so as to go further with the process to reduces the hardness in finding the error that helps the maintenance team to reduce the Time of loss

Dislikes

The first thing a trainee should go through must be the maintenance of machine , atleast for a 6 month . The rest 6 month should be with the process . This definitely helps in preventing the breakdown and provide the knowledge in handling the situation during late night shifts .

Good working nature, good interactive events group wise, Good learning environment, inter group job opportunities.

career growth is very slow, salary hike also is steady growth,no much training nor higher study opportunities

There is no job security for ground level workers. Every month your target is getting bigger but your salary not increased. They can jast block your Id without any information. Then you have to resign.

They have very strong values and beliefs - 5 lights of Murugappa Group. Freshers can learn a lot & they give important trainings relevant to their domain. Later employees have to take up a project & demonstrate their learning in the Shopfloor.

Very low salary benefits, Poor Work life balance, Weak Leadership at all levels, Supporting functions are not effective
