Poor salary. Not giving benefits of caratlane as every time only one line you are doing job under franchise, so don’t demand for caratlane facilities, no extra benefits are provided at our store, only sales, pop, and ccl, just focus on work or nothing, irritating environment ,appraisal is 1000 to 1500 every year.

As I belonged from the franchise Store so they hire people and tend to give salary of like 13k to 15 k where as the people working for the company store their staring salary is all above 20k. But they make sure they educate each and every team member so well that they can gain the knowledge but since 1year it is all about providing the salary and keeping the non deserving once who can only praise the seniors with their sweet and tender words.

Dislikes

The manegers out there in the franchise Store pretty well know how to frame any staff and terminate even though the staff is been threatened and mentally harassed since long. They pretty well know how to harrass the staffs and threat them so that no one can raise any voice.

Working at CaratLane was a Delight Experience, Staff is Very Supportive infront, Sale at CaratLane is Very Easy, Compare to Other Jewellery in India Working Schedule is Very High, Due to Prolong Target Pressure, & Huge Customer Base

...ou, who itself dont know anything about Jewellery Will Teach you how to Sell, HR Team High Demotivate Pre Experienced Staff by Offering Low Salary Compare to Those are having Zero Experience in Jewellery

Nothing dislike,but I dnt get my salary yet now..I know I have leave the company but still I work there they should transfer my salary to my account they have my account no but they won't transfer still now.its very bad
