...he growth opportunity, whereas newcomers are not getting any chance for growth. Salary is low compared to market value week off is only 6 per month, which effects the personal life, no fixed week off The hiring process is not Good, eg, not hiring a good candidate.

I personally feels that salary for New Joiner is higher than Experienced Employees who is already working here from long time.

The culture over here is awesome to work and provide lot of opportunities in order learn and move to desired role. Team Management listens to the team concern.

Dislikes

6 weeks off is not sufficient as regular 8 weeks are required, pay scale is comparatively less.

The work culture here is really good. I also feel the work life balance is really good. The management takes input from the employees from time to time and try and work on it. Overall a great experience working at Caratlane

There is not really something I dislike about Caratlane. May be they can givee better pay for the deserving candidates.
