Not worth your time or effort Think twice before joining . On front it might sound like You got entry in IB but in reality you will feel like an agent trying to sell to earn . The top management team focus is on trying to structure but gets successful in destructure . Biasness is on the peak. The focus is more on which employee is talking with other employee & what is the conversation about rather than focusing on deal flow.
