Over all, a good above the Average i can say. The team work over there is a kind of class thing and when you know your responsibilities you can check your self that what have you done to make your self satisfied with today's task. The support provided to learn within your criteria was fantastic and would emphasise those who prove their talent regardless of their duties. The make you to take challenge and enables you to take decisions for the task given to you to achieve the goal seek criteria by whatever way you can.

Now coming back to your question i never would like anyone to Dislike their former organisation as they have given you the opportunity to present your talent and learn something new under their Roles and Responsibilities. Unless speaking about dislike of my company the Company should be asked where they will see the other Candidate to replace myself.
