No salary growth, Managers keep asking you to market although you are from technical department.

Personally, I really enjoyed working at Caprixa Control, I have a great mentor who is extremely helpful, here there is never work that is needed to be taken home, the company value well being but, because its is small there is no opportunity to grow your professional experience.
