When i joined the company there was good teammates, Good Atmosphere for working, there was large scope for showing our talent and knowledge in concern field, Was feeling Good in work environment, lots of scope for learning the new things, taking the responsibilities in new areas. That time appraisal was going on at right time and averagely was getting in hand.

Now a days Salary not getting on certain date it is crossing the date line to 22nd or 26th date of every month and it has been going on from last three years. Teammates is fine, Job Security is also fine, Career growth / salary / appraisal has stopped totally. Now its not a

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nil. Only thing is their decent salary package. And can get some core knowledge.

The place where no employee is treated well. Salary is decent but yes, no career growth. There is no contract, but they won't respect your decision of quitting too. There is no proper sanitary rooms to female employees too.

Daily late working hours, No work life balance, Forced to come to office on Public and National holidays and Festivals too, Unhelpful HOD and Upper Management No job security, No work appreciation, instead we get insulted on a personal level.
