...s no hierarchy in the company. You have to talk to the CEO for the minor things. Unnecessary Salary Deductions:- No proper salary payment. They will cut your salary for every stupid reason and give you pennies. HR:- HR is not cooperative instead of listening to your concerns she tricks employees for the benefit of the company. Don't have basic manners to talk to people. No Corporate Culture Values:- Nothing is done officially. They will ask you to provide things in written but will not reciprocate the process and do things verbally. No proper email process for following up everything is done unofficially on telegram. Company Politics:- Management will play with you and choose if they want to help you or not for their own reasons. Hire & Fire Policy:- They will hire multiple people to show company credibility but fire anytime they want. No job security. They have even fired dedicated employees working there for 5-7 years. If you are thinking about stability don't bother to join. Appraisals:- They will cut your appraisal for leaves and other unnecessary things. No hygiene:- Washrooms were not clean. Females had to use the 8th floor washrooms even during their menstrual days. No dustbin in washroom or disposal or toilet papers.

The only thing I liked is the location (near to Mall and Metro).

Highly Unprofessional company. Very Low Pay Scale No Job Security 6 days Work culture Only in-house R&D tasks, no external development projects.

I don’t like anything for sure and I am looking for a better opportunity. The day I get it I would resign immediately without even giving it a second thought.

Management and they have a family culture where they are involved into personal things, your relationships, your conversations are being recorded , basically you don’t have freedom in your own country.

Annual trips are the only benefit if someone is looking to explore places within India.

Dislikes

No growth culture on the basis of merit. You will have to present yourself everyday that you are the only one working here and no one else does the kind of work you do and it is the only key to success here. Severe politics at the management level.
