The known brand for housekeeping & canteen services, maybe for batter services in past.
Dislikes
1. No SOPs to manage the things/situations. Always delay in providing invoices to the client, releasing salary to staff.
2. Unable to fulfill any client's needs, each client is frustrated with the mismanagement& huge delay in response, as the company isn't equipped to deliver the commitments, unable to fulfill the client's needs in any stream.
3. Neither the supervisor nor HK staff agrees to join Capri because of its poor record of salary deductions and huge delay in salary payments.
4. Huge workload, it never ends or in control. Every time each staff is busy doing multiple tasks. Employees work on Sundays and pay extra hours each day to keep things in control and smooth to meet clients' needs, but fake commitments to clients and delays in management's decisions make employee's lives miserable. Actually, it is the favorite line of the Director for his employees "Make his life Miserable Yaar, why he is chilling, hasn't he got some work?"
5. Thanks to HR who listened and tried her best to support employees reaching her.
6. Most importantly don't believe me blindly, try to get feedback from Capri's clients, and employees.
7. Management holds/ puts unnecessary deductions in Salay and FNF, chooses unemployment over Capri's job offer, you will be in a better mindset to find a better opportunity.

1. Refer to the subject, at Capri hospitality services employees motivational program was very good just like monthly rewards and recognition for their performance in extrinsic way of work.
2. Client Satisfaction is best goodwill of an Organization and Capri is always achieve the milestone on perform the best service to their clients
3. Employee welfare and respect of each individual on site.

5. Encourage for hard work in effective and efficient manner
1. Salary are not on time
2. Delay in decision making
3. Non awareness safety and health at site
4. Less stock of grocery items and storage
5. No time schedule for work only coming time is fixed and but shift ending time is not fixed
...in a very comfortable zone in aspect of job security ans career growth as well. There have some time we are loosing confidence when the matter of salary or appraisal took place. Over all my job responsibility is to look after each and every site under my consideration to manage and develop vendors and thus I have to Travel some time even out site of my territory. All other policies and work environment is good towards its all employees. No such politics still I have observed.
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
Job is secure interns of company does't get immediately replacement after separation

Very poor strategy,absolutely there were no clear road map, no increment since last 2020 and only motto is make good margin without taken care of employee benefit etc.
