...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No likes for Caplin My dear AP and TS Telugu guys especially, pls don't join in Caplin Point, this is very worst work culture company , they don't have any ethics and values, they hire you and they fire you in months time, no one will stay morethan one year in this organisation. Job security is '0'. This is person drivin company. I humble request to all our AP and TS guys don't join, if you join they will show you hell. First one month they will act very normal, after that they will start their originality. I request you all don't spoil your career, I wanted save Telugu guys from this company.

Mahindra world city and naive nature of ambience

People and their mindset … regarding work culture …though they all r experienced enough still narrow minded and naming such behaviour as micro management .. instead of Official politics they can b productive on work

Everything OK here multiple product manufactured like tablet, soft gelatin, hard gelatin tablet, steroid, injection, suppositories, hormone, liquid srub and dry power srub so here learning opportunity is excellent
