Caplin Point has been a quality driven company and producing high quality products. I am happy to be part of the team. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology and current guidelines/procedures. One can enjoy working here and learn many things through various training programs.

Have their entire family members in all dept. No freedom to work. They opt for share during PMS but we have to wait 3 to 5 years to get at least half of it, that to depends on Mgt. Mood. No proper work ethics.

No likes for Caplin My dear AP and TS Telugu guys especially, pls don't join in Caplin Point, this is very worst work culture company , they don't have any ethics and values, they hire you and they fire you in months time, no one will stay morethan one year in this organisation. Job security is '0'. This is person drivin company. I humble request to all our AP and TS guys don't join, if you join they will show you hell. First one month they will act very normal, after that they will start their originality. I request you all don't spoil your career, I wanted save Telugu guys from this company.
