WOrk life balance is really good, managers doesn't asked to extend working hours which is quiet common in staffing agencies.

Dislikes

1- no learning/growth 2- no job security- client hold is not good at all, and even after submitting too many profiles recruiters never heard back anything from client. And, we all know without having offer for how many months recruiter can survive if s/he getting decent pay.
