Area distribution issue(you're colleague will give quote to same customer you're handling) Most important if you're hindu you'll have to hear many wrong things about your god and he'll show you're religion down so you'll have no option to listen, argue or change job

Sometimes the decisions will be biased targeting particular team/ people. No basic benefits to employees like PF, INSURANCE. No incentive on sale deeds. Increment is bare minimum.
