Capital Softs Secure Private Limited AKA Capital Softs is a total Sham! They don't pay salaries to their employees treat employees like a dirt. The management is full of backstabbers and they make life Misérables for everyone. The topic management and directors are promoting ethical practices and also make environment toxic in the organization. This place is a nightmare and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Management that is unethical. The company has a longstanding tradition of recruiting professional and not paying their salaries. The same is true for the vendors as well. Too much politics, and the irony is that top-management encourages internal politics. So, what is the company's director enjoys backbiting? As the king, so are the subjects. The company director is a prime example of "Too much courtesy, too much craft".
