It is a great place to work. As compared to other private banks it has a completely different culture. Being here is great experience.

Just the salary part is a dislike as they always give the same salary package which the employee was already getting in his last organisation. And another problem is that some people who come on senior levels in our bank from other private banks, they try to spoil our banks culture, by adopting the same techniques to grasp the business as much as possible from their team or juniors by any which way.

The Bank is developing one and is moving towards the growth stage as this is the initial stage as bank has recently got license from RBI for Small Finance Bank in 2016. Best thing is the rich workculture which one can see as palpable. Homely environment of workculture as one can be easily motivated by such things

Dislikes

Salary part and designation is not as per industry benchmark..but as bank is moving towards its expansion mode so i hope this thing will also be changed in coming years.

Bank staff ,hr no help ,no training no better management ,full insurance preshur ,no loan training BH misbihave ,hr no support ,name finance bank h karwate sirf insurance hi bank ka name change karke capital small insurance bank likh dena chahiye ,traing ke name PE 0 h credit team policy par approval nhi deti unka man karga to kharab case bhi kar dega or achhe case reject kar deta h hr ki taraf se staff ki complaint ko bhi nhi suna jaata .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not very much supportive. Company policies are good but in some case,like ROI of loan as compared with other private sector bank was to much high. appraisals are not to be fair,.

Politics should be prohibited in this bank.salary is not good as compared with other private sector banks.

The management are highly skilled and clear vision to take bank to next level

There is no specific dislike about the bank, but I request that all leaders and seniors management hold town hall meetings every quarter and address all employees.These meetings should update us on the bank upcoming plans and area of improvements and most importantly , gather feedback to the acted upon
