Dont join if you like to maintain work life balance, or else get expected to receive call even at 11 pm at the night. Too pushy product manager and tech managers. Rude behaviours of the collegaues, no constructive feedback mechanism anomously, if you give some feedback openly, expect a backslash, many of them are not cooperating. No learning opportunities. You cannot grow technically here. Just one last suggestion: DONT JOIN EVER!!

Management does not check whether the middle or lower level employees are satisfied with their job.....They left all things on senior level employee where people are using there position .... Senior level playing with the appraisal....Increasing there own but giving nothing to the employee who are working hard..... HR should be more interactive and supportive ... Management should indulge among all the departments...
