There are lot of politics and favioursioum but I think these are everywhere.

Good work culture, work life balance & salary on time

No job security they hire project based employees if project is completed there is no alternate project with them to continue, so they ask to resign, one good thing though they give 2 months (notice period) time to find the job.

...in few accounts. They try to retain good employees if you are willing to stay. All fixed salary , no variable.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not that great. Technology stack is legacy in few accounts. Sometimes micromanagement happens.

Work life is balance is awesome due to fixed shift and fixed week off. Salary hike is fine to compared to other market INDIAN MNC. Minimum 7% hike every year.

No new technologies implemented, still legacy method of working.

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity
