Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is Open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but groeth is slow. There is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.which is a pain sometimes

Nothing to like every stage managment work not properly and nothing to maintain sop wise differenet kind of different perfaction employee feel that job is not a job like a jail .

Working under leadership of Mr. Bipin Chemburkar was a great experience. Work culture as well as employee co-ordination ans communication was excellent.

Dislikes

Use of CAD/CAM/CAE can be advanced in Technology by investing in it and acquiring knowledge for same.
