...tist culture here. So if you're not from an IIT/IIM your opinions do not matter. There is also no pay for working overtime or on holidays.

Hybrid work culture, On time salary

Dislikes

There is no function of HR department. It is just name sake, they do not even care how the employees are feeling so far. All they can do is automate the process by bringing YOURDOST - an emotional wellness program or some useless automated nudges. Product has lot of bugs, no proper training materials for clients. Junior executives who are staying in the company for ages are given team lead responsibility - do not even know how to run a team or how to engage a team - or take accountability.

...half manpower lost there job and simply asked to look out for new opportunities. Provided 2 months salary as mentioned in offer letter but didn't asked to work for notice period. I learned in these two months and get a new job.

Dislikes

As lockdown imposed, company fired people. At least no pay work or salary cut options should be tried for sometime.

1. The managers are exploitative, they ask you to come on weekends too. 2. The company has no work ethics, they find out ways to deduct your bonus when leaving. 3. Company doesn’t keep their word- they promise you something, and then take their promise back. They want you to keep your promise, however. 4. Company has lot’s of attrition due to mistreatment- like public humiliation and swearing on mother, sister and likes

Likes

There is nothing you would like about this company if you have prior experience working in any MNC. The management believes in Hiring and Firing so all through the year you will be seeing new faces. They give free food which is a average taste and you will eventually get bored of the same dish every day.

Dislikes

...have joined through Category and not by Merit so the quality is gone for a Toss. Salary Package is bargained at every level of interview so you end up getting peanuts in hand. When it comes to work you are made to work extensively on MS Excel and nothing else. There are no Analytical or Statistical Tools used here so there no Leaning involved. Do not waste your career joining this company please
