The work culture is good in Capgemini. I would like to mention job security. During the lockdown too full pay checks were provided with the ultimate job security. I have got good teammates and manager whether it was previous team or the current team.

Dislikes

Sometimes, I have to work more the 11-12 hours due to the deadlines but it got better with time.

Great work environment and culture to work in an organisation. Teammates are supportive and are like buddies. The management is transparent and we'll experienced. And the best thing is that there is no bond for this company

No appreciation No promotion No salary hike for almost 80% employees even if you are working for 3 years Only 1-3% hike for rest of the 20% 1% hike if you are getting promoted

Work life balance. But it mostly depends on which project you are working.

No hike, No promotions even when your performance is good. I've been here since 3 years and till now I got 0% hike. They don't even tell the reason of no hike.

...oyees with 4-5 years of Capgemini experience yet not getting single appraisal….. Even they don’t pay the complete variable pay…… No-one knows exactly who decides the ratings n all ….and you won’t get any support from HR or delivery heads when you raise concerns over pay cuts or no appraisal…..Please don’t join if you have other offers in hand …. You will get stuck as the notice period is 90 days
