Wirk environment is good , salary & appraisals are worst

They sign 2yrs bonds from fresher and pay so much less salary , how do you expect someone to work at such a less salary that too for more than a yr. They claim some salary at the time of interview and you get actually less salary than what is been claimed.Appraisals are worst you hardly get 500/1000 rs increment in a year.They do not provide free transport for employees

One will get various chances to develop one's skills, and the job is secure; it's guaranteed that they don't fire anybody. Because there is no need to fire the lowest-paid labour.

Dislikes

...t job on the whole. If you will ask, they will say that you're already overpaid. If you manage to get the salary you want in starting, then after 5 years, you can expect a 10% hike in your salary.

Work life balance completely satisfied, no more restrictions, if you complete your work you can enjoy your freedom, peaceful environment, lovely accamadation.

The only one Salary compensation is lower than expectations

No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.
