Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...ry poor team work, Team Lead is lacking skills and nothing new to learn from TL. The salary is very poor as compared to market and hikes are like 500, 700 per year, so in simple words NO HIKE is provided.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

Dislikes

...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.
