...wever, there have been no promotions or increments taking place due to COVID. No deduction in the salary. Management is quite supportive. Other benefits have been provided like internet bills reimbursement for the entire time of WFH. Given more opportunities internally to learn new things. We have been provided complete support in terms of systems/laptops/cables as well.

Payroll system, they should work on FBP and inhand salary positively. Inhand salary does not reflect correct picture of CTC and very low as per expectation.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.
