I was under payroll of CG, but working at client company. Overall CG management was very good, supported me throughout my time at client location. I did feel more like an employee at the client than a CG employee, I actually dont have any idea of actual culture in CG. I have not even visited CG, dont know anyone there other than my reporting manager.

WLB, learning depends on project and client. Compensation is not upto par, also there are no other employee perks at fresher to mid level engineers afaik

...rom scratch. Work life balance depends on team and client, its average for me. Pay is average but project allocation is worst

Not good in understanding strengths and weakness, not giving work in areas of strength, just giving training to learn everything newly

... to HR. No appraisal even after 2 years. Putting everyone in pip if not obeying. Telling to work on weekends without any pay. And many more etc

1, No job security 2. Salary hikes max 2,3 % only 3. Most of the projects are migration projects and project duration is 3-6 months only. So whenever your in bench your job will be risky until get new project. 4. Many QA people on bench. Do very difficult to tag new project.

- Increment is nominal 5-6% - No higher education policy - No casual leaves - SCM and PO are completely non technical
