...tive work place, job is secure for those who are getting billed by the client. if you are an experienced employee then only one should join this firm if they are expecting a good pay. During COVID-19 many engineers got fired from the company and the explanation was given as Business unit of the firm wasn't able to fetch the projects.

Dislikes

...as long as 12+ months and you may get fired depending on how company is doing. they'll pay you 15k and that is also being paid by GOVT of INDIA under NATS program (National Apprenticeship Training scheme). though they'll say they'll make you a regular employee but can't say how long one will remain as a trainee.

...m supervision so you have good chance to learn and grow - Promotions are fair - Decent Salary Band (If u negotiate well during offer letter) - Encourage you to keep skilling up

- Increment is nominal 5-6% - No higher education policy - No casual leaves - SCM and PO are completely non technical

Its a good company, You can stay long if you are satisfied with your compensation. Its hard to balance your work like and personal life. Based on your project you get facilities and services. Appraisal is not good.

Appraisal is not as per industry. Leave policies should be improved. Other employees benifit should be improved. Employee should get promoted if they deserve. Employee should be appreciated

Aricent was a good company for both compensation and learning of networking protocols, but since Capgemini has taken over, it's no longer the same. It's now a typical service based company with little hike.

It's no longer Aricent Technologies, it's merged in Altran, later in Capgemini... You have option to learn more..

Few ppl in HR team bias ppl based on gender and blah blah, with compensation and interview opportunities..
