Best part is when you work here it feels like family. Compensation and benefits are average. Best thing about company is if its not best in any parameter same time its not bad in any parameter.

In recent times Aricent got acquired by Altran and then Altran got acquired by Capgemini, so the company faced lots of leadership, management, and policy changes, resulting in some jobs or hike cuts. Still, water is not still.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

No Work Life Balance, Work Pressure, No Skills Development, No Working Time, I have done work for day and night and even on Saturday. Managers things about them they are the King of the Kingdom and are not supportive.
