This company doesn't offer any job security. You can be told to leave at anytime irrespective of your excellent work performance. I have seen people working for 7 or 8 yrs asked to go because of internal politics.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
