Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is nothing to like about working in Capco Industries. Worst company I have ever worked for, wrong decision of my life.

Dislikes

Capco Industries is the worst company in Indore. There is no job security. The salary is significantly less. They don't even provide an Offer letter to the new employee. Senior employees always disrespect the newly joined and junior employees. Overall management of the company is horrible. Also, they are not using any technologies. Worst company I have ever seen.
