New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. The company is not ready to adopt innovation and depends on its old employees who are not tech savy and confined to old and primitive mindset. The voice and idea of employees who are not considered the people from coterie are ignored. Management does not have ability to differentiate good and bad.

person driven company, lacking of decision making, always cash crunch so due to this reason salary always delay - sometimes delay for 2 months, company has bad habit to hold the old employees full and final dues and their incentives or may be management is not interested to pay.
