In todays market scenario company have lots of Jobs at Mumbai, so lots of work there. for juniors open space to do work as per they can, and they can learn.

... , as there are no system developed for responsibility, always problem occurs. company now a day decided to pay salary only if the site gets turnover from client, so its site based salary. increment, HR policy very poor, no work life balance, job security is poor who dont have any reference.

...orking as a contractor firm and getting bills from Clients for like every month. But yet our firm and CEO is not able to pay us the salary from Last three months. There's no appraisals and hikes before 1 year. HR is only with you before onboarding, as you get onboard they'll start ignoring your calls, and start ignoring you as well. It's a Dussehra and Diwali fest and still Labours, Vendors, and staff waiting for salaries from past 2 and half months.

Current team is good within department, Good learning opportunities since you have to take responsibility of complete work.C off for the weekend is good for staf.

Dislikes

No fix date for salary, more involvement of owner in projects, clueless senior staff, more senior staff than junior .Administration and HR is pathetic.No job security.
