There is no growth in this company, you work with them for 10 years they never promote you, and give you a salary increment of Rs 800/- per year, and all time company gives you excuse of company is in a loss every year. last four years company not giving any increment for any employee.

If you dont want any progress in your life and want to be mediocre then you will like here Management will say lot of hifi things and show they are concerned about you but in reality they dont give a damm

Salary packages are good. Brand name is well known by clients but company policy are not good. That’s why I am business decreases day by day.

Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics, Salary is average,career growth is slow. There is no proper job training,No proper cafeteria.
