There is field work only. Payment is on time that is on 7 on every month

Dislikes

...worst environment, remote location traveling,No food allowance, No recharge , 2.5 to 3 ₹ per kilometre traveling money, equipment our own, nothing is provided by company except salary. Timing is no fix when we are going on site, ther is no time fix to com it can be night 10,11,12. And next day again we have to go no mercy.

There is nothing that you like about this company, very unprofessional company company will ask you to come to Office with your Own Laptop, They will not provide company Asset for working in Company.

Dislikes

Work culture is very unprofessional, You can lose job in one month only they will just tell you company is running in loss so can't give salary. I will not advise anyone to work in Cantik Technology, You will just waste time here. After releiving they will not provide you current month salary but give you after 60 days. had a very terrible experience in this company

There is nothing to like about this company it is a so called "Lala Company" where the nepotisim at it'd peak, including everyone in their family into the office being an elite group and rest of the employees are considered nothing. no proper policy only company centric benefits the mangement takes the all money. There is no employee benefit policies or activities.
