It is good for me to work in this place to support the soldiers/veterans. The MGT is very good.

...ent problems, a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Can work here just because of the name of Air Force.

Dislikes

The salary to survive is less than that of a labourer. In the name of promotion, you will find your work and then you will evaluate what you are doing. If you talk about your rights, you will be threatened with dismissal from your job. The management here is very bad.

A professional team comprising of billing clerks, office staff, including an accountant and group holders making the environment and culture nice. The team was nice and supportive due a best management. Furthermore, the depot staff of Canteen Store department are also always supporting due a good behaviour. URC policies are very good, appraisals are fair and perks and incentives very good.

Dislikes

Collection of grocery items takes time for loading and unloading and it becomes late night at about 2 AM. All staff have to stay there till all cases of grocery items stocked in godown.

Atmosphere of there we worked between dress persons and good feels of jai hind

If we used English language than officers get irritated because they think we are not capable for that because we are low class employee
