It is good for me to work in this place to support the soldiers/veterans. The MGT is very good.

Dislikes

...ent problems, a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Thank alot this company I had a very good time in this company and I would like to take some time out of my life to say many thanks to this company.

A professional team comprising of billing clerks, office staff, including an accountant and group holders making the environment and culture nice. The team was nice and supportive due a best management. Furthermore, the depot staff of Canteen Store department are also always supporting due a good behaviour. URC policies are very good, appraisals are fair and perks and incentives very good.

Dislikes

Collection of grocery items takes time for loading and unloading and it becomes late night at about 2 AM. All staff have to stay there till all cases of grocery items stocked in godown.

Atmosphere of there we worked between dress persons and good feels of jai hind

If we used English language than officers get irritated because they think we are not capable for that because we are low class employee

Routine job and busy schedule no relaxation good for the employee to prove his locality and integrity towards organisation.

In any organisation everywhere people work as per the current running practice,but some changes must be there by looking beyond the organisation to take step with the out side world for the betterment of the system
