...ere is nothing to be called a company. Its a 2nd generation bearing distributor. Nothing to be like about, salary is credited in mid month, big chunk of salary is deducted as to repay your own money as bonus, no appraisal for years, no salary slip is given, people leaving every month, forcefully high rating given on google, kindly try to reach to real people worked.

...has anger management & ego issue. Hr also doesn't work for more than 6 months . No fixed date for salary Guest house facilities are worst. No transportion to the plant.

Management Always Stand With Me When I was In Problem.Give Me So Many Time To Shutout My Problems. Thanks To CanOpus Who Never Take Back His Hand From Any Employee Critical Situation....

...Growing Company But So Many Issues Still Not Resolved Which Was Solved Easily. Try To Fix Salary Date And LB Date Also.... Bcz Commitment Very Important. To Create A Good Relationship Between Employer To Employee. Also Change Increment Process. Company Following So Many Methods But Amount Is As Usual.

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent. Company policies are not good, salary hike bonus was not so much satisfaction. No work life balance. So overall experience is average.

There is no job training given to new joining employees. There was bond policies. No salary satisfaction.
